These Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) are updates from time to time. If the question you wish to ask is not here, please click here to send an email seeking an answer.

1. How many businesses are sampled for each sector?

Information is gathered from hundreds of accountants across Australia. An average of up to 30 is available for most sectors.

2. How old is the data?

The current publication 2006/2007 (Edition 10) contained financial information up to 30th June 2005 and some 2006 data.

3. When will it be updated?

The process of gathering information is on-going and in keeping with past releases, we expect edition 11 to be published in 2009.

4. Are PKIR's only available for Australian businesses?

Yes. To date our source information has only been Australian based. With the international release of TARI for Business, we expect to broaden our information database and make country specific editions.
